SingularityNET (AGIX) Token Unlock & Vesting Schedule
The chart shows gross modeled releases of every allocation: vesting unlocks, new issuance and reserve distributions, each allocation counted once. These have different meanings; a scheduled release is not evidence that tokens entered circulation or were sold. Review the coverage, sources and assumptions below.
Each color segment in the chart corresponds to a specific allocation group described in the Allocations section below. Underlying assumptions and data models used to reconstruct this schedule are explained in detail under Assumptions, while broader utility insights and token use cases are covered in Tokenomics & Utility.
Tokenomics & Utility
The token’s economic role has always centered on utility rather than speculation: it is used to pay for AI services, to open and settle payment channels, to participate in governance, and to stake in ways that help provide liquidity and resilience to the platform’s operations. In 2021, the project hard‑forked from AGI to AGIX to expand supply and enable full Ethereum–Cardano interoperability. Staking on both chains rolled out over time through the official portals. (singularitynet.io)
The ASI Alliance unified tokenomics across three partner ecosystems. Under the approved merger, each AGIX converts at a fixed rate into ASI, and the combined supply targets a final total of about 2.63 billion ASI. The alliance further coordinates grant funding (including Deep Funding under SingularityNET), compute incentives, and tooling to foster a broader developer base building on a shared stack. On the SingularityNET developer portal, new marketplace services now default to ASI (and in some venues show under the FET ticker during migration), while legacy AGIX services migrate with a minor update path. (docs.superintelligence.io)
In practice, users see this in three ways:
- Payments: Service calls are metered and paid in the network’s utility token (now ASI on new deployments). (dev.singularitynet.io)
- Governance: Token holders can vote on proposals about platform direction, grants, and major changes, with progressive decentralization outlined in the project’s governance documents. (singularitynet.io)
- Staking and participation: Staking programs and grant frameworks such as Deep Funding direct incentives to teams that publish useful, reliable AI services. (staking.singularitynet.io)
Assumptions
The chart shows the original token creation, the documented early Phase Two mint subtotal, projected later Phase Two mints and Foundation releases, loyalty claim openings, and the unauthorized September 2026 mint. Many Foundation, grants and rewards payments have budgets but no verified payment dates. AGIX converted to FET is burned: an on-chain transaction confirms the mechanism, while the roughly 1.609 billion aggregate shown here is an unverified estimate from a secondary migration-pool measurement. The latest cited cross-chain outstanding-supply measurement is from September 20, 2026, so the chart is not a fully reconciled October 8 supply history.
- Phase One founders: The sources give the amount but no release dates.
- Phase One cornerstone-holder TGE bonus: The sources give the amount but no release dates.
- Phase One Foundation wallet: Releases depend on future governance or treasury decisions.
- Phase Two additional AGIX creation: The original schedule was changed and the new timing is not yet published.
- Phase Two Foundation wallet: Timing not yet established.
- Approved accelerated decentralized-compute allocation: Releases depend on future governance or treasury decisions.
- Phase Two Deep Funding: Releases depend on recipients claiming tokens or on grants being awarded.
- Phase Two liquidity wallet: Releases depend on future governance or treasury decisions.
- Phase Two loyalty rewards: Releases depend on recipients claiming tokens or on grants being awarded.
- Phase Two reputation rewards wallet: The sources give the amount but no release dates.
- Phase Two AGIX staking rewards pool: New issuance depends on network activity, such as staking, so it cannot be dated in advance.
- Phase Two SophiaDAO support: Releases depend on future governance or treasury decisions.
- Phase Two Supervisory Council wallet: Releases depend on future governance or treasury decisions.
- Ambassador Program within Supervisory Council budget: Releases depend on future governance or treasury decisions.
