NodeAI (GPU) Token Unlock & Vesting Schedule
The chart shows gross modeled releases of every allocation: vesting unlocks, new issuance and reserve distributions, each allocation counted once. These have different meanings; a scheduled release is not evidence that tokens entered circulation or were sold. Review the coverage, sources and assumptions below.
Each color segment in the chart corresponds to a specific allocation group described in the Allocations section below. Underlying assumptions and data models used to reconstruct this schedule are explained in detail under Assumptions, while broader utility insights and token use cases are covered in Tokenomics & Utility.
Tokenomics & Utility
Supply and participation
GPU has a stated maximum supply of 100 million tokens. NodeAI stated in its June 2025 announcement that the allocation did not reserve tokens for its team or venture-capital investors. The token’s Ethereum smart contract records balances and transfers and includes functions related to transaction fees and revenue collection. These on-chain rules are part of the token’s economic design, alongside the platform services that give it a use. (globenewswire.com)
NodeAI describes three main ways GPU fits into the ecosystem. Hardware hosts can receive GPU for providing computing capacity. Holders can stake GPU—place tokens in the platform’s staking program—to participate in revenue sharing. The project has also announced deployment discounts for GPU holders using its aggregator. These uses connect the token to hosting, platform activity, and demand for compute. (docs.nodeai.tech)
Revenue sharing
The platform earns fees from services such as node rentals. Its hosting page describes a fee charged when a host’s server is rented, with proceeds directed toward revenue sharing and platform maintenance. NodeAI’s staking materials describe distributions to participants based on the amount of GPU staked; its 2025 announcement describes rewards drawn from computing-service revenue and paid in ETH. This is a platform revenue-sharing arrangement, rather than payment for validating Ethereum transactions. (nodes.ai)
Assumptions
The verified NodeAI contract created all 100 million GPU on December 8, 2023, so the dated issuance chart shows a single genesis release. NodeAI's current page assigns 98 million GPU to liquidity and 2 million to CEX, but does not date their transfers. GPU lending rewards are described in project materials, although their token amount and timing—and whether they are paid in GPU rather than ETH—remain unresolved. Those undated distributions are listed separately, not added to the tokens already created.
