HTX DAO (HTX)
Unlock Schedule
HTX DAO (HTX) Token Unlock & Vesting Schedule
The chart shows gross modeled releases of every allocation: vesting unlocks, new issuance and reserve distributions, each allocation counted once. These have different meanings; a scheduled release is not evidence that tokens entered circulation or were sold. Review the coverage, sources and assumptions below.
Each color segment in the chart corresponds to a specific allocation group described in the Allocations section below. Underlying assumptions and data models used to reconstruct this schedule are explained in detail under Assumptions, while broader utility insights and token use cases are covered in Tokenomics & Utility.
Tokenomics & Utility
Supply and allocation
HTX launched with an initial supply of 999,990,000,000,000 tokens. The project’s allocation plan assigned 19% to early contributors and public distribution, 19% to the community, 10% to developer incentives, 10% to research and development, and 10% to ecosystem support. Strategic partners received a 15% allocation, while 17% was assigned to platform development. These categories set aside tokens for both participation and the work needed to build the ecosystem. (htxdao-1.gitbook.io)
The token’s main role is governance. Staking it gives members a route to proposal and voting rights. The HTX ecosystem also uses the token in activities such as trading-fee deductions, Launchpool participation, and reward programs. On the DAO’s staking page, rewards are described as coming from its Ecosystem Development Reserve and being added to staked balances. Each use gives the token a different role: a governance tool, a unit for incentives, or a way to access a platform feature. (htxdao-1.gitbook.io)
Pledges and burns
HTX DAO has used two approaches to its token economy. In its earlier liquidity-pledge model, contributors added HTX and TRX to a decentralized exchange pool and permanently burned the resulting liquidity-provider tokens. Burning those pool tokens was intended to keep the contributed liquidity in place. From the third quarter of 2024, the DAO shifted previously allocated pledge amounts toward directly burning HTX. Its published model also describes using a portion of HTX exchange revenue for token buybacks and burns. A burn reduces the number of tokens in circulation; it does not change what a holder can do with each remaining token. (htxdao.com)
Assumptions
HTX has a fixed supply: all 999.99 trillion tokens were created at launch in January 2024, split in the whitepaper into seven percentage shares (for example 19% community access and 17% platform development) that have no published release dates. A 14.99 trillion token airdrop to TRX and USDT holders is dated: 10 trillion on 28 February 2024, then five monthly rounds of about 1 trillion from April to August 2024. In December 2024 HTX DAO said all remaining uncirculated tokens were handed to its Governance Committee, but gave no amount, and the HT-conversion reserve, the Epic Airdrop and staking rewards (paid from a reserve) stay unscheduled. The chart shows the launch creation and the airdrop rounds; the creation month is an estimate, the share releases are not charted, and burns (about 101.8 trillion by supply, 117.79 trillion by the DAO's own 'burned and pledged' count) are reported separately.
