Fluence (FLT)
Unlock Schedule
Fluence (FLT) Token Unlock & Vesting Schedule
The chart shows gross modeled releases of every allocation: vesting unlocks, new issuance and reserve distributions, each allocation counted once. These have different meanings; a scheduled release is not evidence that tokens entered circulation or were sold. Review the coverage, sources and assumptions below.
Each color segment in the chart corresponds to a specific allocation group described in the Allocations section below. Underlying assumptions and data models used to reconstruct this schedule are explained in detail under Assumptions, while broader utility insights and token use cases are covered in Tokenomics & Utility.
Tokenomics & Utility
Supply and distribution
FLT has a total supply of one billion tokens. The original allocation set aside 20% for Fluence Labs, founders, team members, and advisers; about 25.4% for investors; 34.6% for the DAO treasury; 10% for capacity incentives; 5% for a launch pool; and 5% for a developer reward program. These are original allocation categories, rather than a measure of how many tokens are available at any given time. The developer program was aimed at contributors to open-source Web3 projects. (fluence.network)
FLT holders can use their tokens to take part in Fluence DAO governance. Proposals can address protocol changes, treasury spending, development funding, and other ecosystem decisions. Holders may vote directly or delegate voting power. Fluence also offers staking on Ethereum: participants lock FLT through its token application and receive rewards under the staking program. (fluence.network)
The token’s incentive model has changed with the platform. Fluence once rewarded providers in FLT for keeping committed computing capacity ready, using proofs of capacity to track that readiness. The project ended that provider incentive program in 2026. Its current plan centers FLT on staking, governance, and potential benefits for users who hold or stake it, while customer payments continue in formats such as fiat currency and stablecoins. Those planned user benefits are separate from the token’s established governance and staking functions. (fluence.dev)
Assumptions
Fluence reports one billion FLT minted at launch, divided among team, investors, a launch pool, the DAO treasury, developer rewards and capacity incentives. Team and investor tokens vested daily through February 2026; the chart can approximate those unlocks by month and show the separately dated DAO staking-reward distributions. Developer and FPT grants depend on individual claims, while capacity rewards and future treasury spending lack a complete dated payout schedule. The genesis mint is a separate issuance view and must not be added to unlocks or distributions as if they created more tokens.
- DAO treasury: Releases depend on future governance or treasury decisions.
- FLT-DROP developer community reward: Releases depend on recipients claiming tokens or on grants being awarded.
- FLT-DROP developer community reward: The sources give the amount but no release dates.
- Proof-of-capacity provider and delegated-staker incentives: New issuance depends on network activity, such as staking, so it cannot be dated in advance.
- FPT-holder FLT grants: Releases depend on recipients claiming tokens or on grants being awarded.
- Cloudless Labs development grant and deliverable awards: Releases depend on recipients claiming tokens or on grants being awarded.
- DAO-funded Ethereum staking rewards: Releases depend on future governance or treasury decisions.

Allocations
Parts of this allocation with their own release dates are charted as their own allocations; the chart shows the rest here.
Not yet scheduled: 470,051,214 tokens of its parts have no release date yet. The chart shows them as TBD from today, not as unlocked.
