Dusk Network (DUSK) Token Unlock & Vesting Schedule
As of October 19, 2026, 611.44 million of the 1 billion DUSK (61.14%) have been released. Over the next ten years the schedule releases 323.47 million DUSK (all estimated), worth about $37.75 million at today's price (52.88% of the market cap). Of these, 59.49 million DUSK release over the next 12 months, from PoS block emissions, including the development-fund share. Today's release is an estimated 171,444 DUSK from PoS block emissions, including the development-fund share. DUSK is fully unlocked on January 7, 2061; after that date the schedule has no further dated releases.
The chart shows gross modeled releases of every allocation: vesting unlocks, new issuance and reserve distributions, each allocation counted once. These have different meanings; a scheduled release is not evidence that tokens entered circulation or were sold. Review the coverage, sources and assumptions below.

Tokenomics & Utility
DUSK serves two established purposes on the network: paying gas fees and staking. Gas measures the work required for an on-chain action, such as sending a transfer or executing a contract. A user sets a gas price and limit, and the fee depends on the gas actually used. Fees collected in a block form part of the rewards distributed to network participants. (docs.dusk.network)
The supply model starts with 500 million DUSK and allows another 500 million to be emitted over time, for a maximum of 1 billion DUSK. The planned emissions fund staking rewards over 36 years, with the emission rate halving every four years. The initial allocation assigned 50% to the token sale, 18.1% to development, 11.8% to exchanges, 7.3% to marketing, and 6.4% each to the team and advisers. Direct staking requires at least 1,000 DUSK and a provisioner node that stays online and synchronized. Rewards depend on participation and the amount staked relative to other active stake; they are not a fixed payment. Block rewards include newly emitted tokens and transaction fees, with portions assigned to the block generator, committees, and a development fund. Assumptions
Dusk documents 500 million initial tokens across six allocations and a further 500 million budget for PoS block rewards, with rewards declining across nine published block-height periods. The initial allocations finished vesting by April 2022, but their individual release dates are unavailable; grant, testnet, and Sozu reward budgets also lack verified payment dates. The chart places initial issuance at an approximate launch month and shows a monthly estimate of block issuance, not observed monthly minting. A current total-supply figure could not be verified, so the estimated curve is not reconciled to September 28, 2026.
