Dogs (DOGS)
Unlock Schedule
Dogs (DOGS) Token Unlock & Vesting Schedule
The chart shows gross modeled releases of every allocation: vesting unlocks, new issuance and reserve distributions, each allocation counted once. These have different meanings; a scheduled release is not evidence that tokens entered circulation or were sold. Review the coverage, sources and assumptions below.
Each color segment in the chart corresponds to a specific allocation group described in the Allocations section below. Underlying assumptions and data models used to reconstruct this schedule are explained in detail under Assumptions, while broader utility insights and token use cases are covered in Tokenomics & Utility.
Tokenomics & Utility
Supply and distribution
DOGS has a fixed total supply of 550 billion tokens. The project announced three broad allocations: 81.5% for the community, 10% for the team and future development, and 8.5% for exchange support and listing-related activities. Within the community share, about 73% of the total supply was intended for Telegram users who earned allocations in the app. The remainder of that share was set aside for groups such as sticker creators, traders, and future community members. (t.me)
The community allocation was announced without a lockup. The project said that most of the team and development allocation would follow a 12-month vesting period, meaning those tokens would become available over time. These choices made the initial distribution a central part of Dogs’ design: a large share went to app participants, while a smaller share supported continued project work. (t.me)
DOGS serves as a transferable community reward and a way to take part in supported activities. Its role depends on what the mini-app and connected services offer. Token ownership and ownership of a collectible sticker are separate things, even when DOGS is used to buy that sticker. (assets-cms.kraken.com)
Assumptions
DOGS was created with a reported fixed supply of 550 billion tokens, of which its initial plan reserved 81.5% for the community, 10% for the team and development, and 8.5% for liquidity and listing events. Users claimed an airdrop beginning in August 2024, Binance ran a 22 billion-token Launchpool, and the community later assigned unclaimed airdrop tokens to year-long charity and development vesting while burning 4.78 billion tokens. Exact airdrop claims, vesting tranches and future reserve spending remain undated or unquantified, so the chart should not present them as known monthly releases. The dated initial creation and Launchpool window are chartable, although their within-month placement and Launchpool accrual display involve stated estimates.
