Bubblemaps (BMT) Token Unlock & Vesting Schedule
The chart shows gross modeled releases of every allocation: vesting unlocks, new issuance and reserve distributions, each allocation counted once. These have different meanings; a scheduled release is not evidence that tokens entered circulation or were sold. Review the coverage, sources and assumptions below.
Each color segment in the chart corresponds to a specific allocation group described in the Allocations section below. Underlying assumptions and data models used to reconstruct this schedule are explained in detail under Assumptions, while broader utility insights and token use cases are covered in Tokenomics & Utility.
Tokenomics & Utility
Supply and distribution
BMT has a maximum supply of one billion tokens. The project’s published allocation sets aside portions for community distribution, the ecosystem, investors, trading support, the team, technical development, and launch programs. The largest planned shares are roughly 22% for airdrops, 21% for the ecosystem, and 19% for investors. Team and development allocations unlock over time; the project’s schedule says the full supply is planned to unlock over four years after listing. (wiki.bubblemaps.io)
The ecosystem allocation has a more specific purpose. Bubblemaps assigns 70% of that fund to Intel Desk incentives, 25% to rewards that encourage V2 use, and 5% to grants. Those categories show how the token is intended to support both the research community and the software around it. (wiki.bubblemaps.io)
Participation through BMT
The Intel Desk is where BMT’s community role is most visible. Users can submit a case by allocating BMT to a proposal, while other holders can allocate tokens to cases they want investigated. Voting allocation helps guide attention toward particular topics. A vote does not spend the allocated tokens, although participation involves depositing them into the platform’s voting pool. Contributors can also receive BMT rewards for useful investigative work. (wiki.bubblemaps.io)
BMT can fund independent investigation bounties and provide access to selected advanced features. The core V2 map, Magic Nodes, and Time Travel are available without holding BMT. The project describes more detailed holder views and other professional analytics as token-linked features. In this model, broad access to maps brings people into the platform, while BMT supports deeper use and community decisions. (wiki.bubblemaps.io)
BMT exists as a Solana SPL token and a BNB Chain BEP-20 token. The project uses LayerZero’s Omnichain Fungible Token standard to move BMT between those networks. A cross-chain transfer removes tokens from the source network and creates the matching amount on the destination network, keeping supply unified across the supported chains. (wiki.bubblemaps.io)
Assumptions
Bubblemaps allocated 1 billion BMT across nine main budgets, with published launch shares and vesting terms for ecosystem, airdrop, investors, liquidity, team and development tokens. The chart can show the initial token supply and dated or estimated budget unlocks, but those are different measures and must not be added together. Investor vesting cannot be divided reliably among its different terms, while grants, incentives and marketing payments lack verified recipient dates. Several charted amounts and uniform vesting paths are estimates rather than observed transfers, and the October 1, 2026 total supply and cumulative permanent burns remain unverified.
- Intel Desk Incentives: Releases depend on recipients claiming tokens or on grants being awarded.
- Bubblemaps V2 Adoption Rewards: Releases depend on recipients claiming tokens or on grants being awarded.
- Ecosystem Grants: Releases depend on future governance or treasury decisions.
- Investors: The sources give the amount but no release dates.
- Binance HODLer Recipient Distribution: The sources give the amount but no release dates.
- Binance Marketing Campaign Distributions: The sources give the amount but no release dates.
- Intel Desk First-Year Seasonal Rewards: Only secondary sources describe the timing, so it is not confirmed.
