Bonfida (FIDA) Token Unlock & Vesting Schedule
The chart shows gross modeled releases of every allocation: vesting unlocks, new issuance and reserve distributions, each allocation counted once. These have different meanings; a scheduled release is not evidence that tokens entered circulation or were sold. Review the coverage, sources and assumptions below.

Tokenomics & Utility
Supply and original distribution
FIDA’s stated maximum supply is 1 billion tokens. Bonfida’s published distribution plan set aside portions for locked seed sales, liquidity, an initial exchange offering, contributors and ecosystem development. Some allocations were subject to multi-year unlocking. Those figures describe the token’s original plan, rather than the balance held by any group today. (bonfida.org)
Bonfida has also used token burns, which remove tokens from supply. Its published materials describe using some protocol funds to acquire and burn FIDA. In 2023, the team ended an earlier FIDA staking program and burned part of the tokens left in its staking reserve. As a result, old descriptions of ongoing staking rewards do not describe that program’s later status. (bonfida.org)
What FIDA does
FIDA can be used to pay for a new .sol domain, with a 5% discount on that registration. SNS accepts other supported payment tokens as well, so holding FIDA is not required to own a domain. Its marketplace documentation also lists FIDA among the currencies supported for certain domain listings and offers. (docs.sns.id)
Governance was part of FIDA’s earlier design. Bonfida later reported low participation in its gFIDA voting model, and SNS introduced its own token as a new foundation for community participation. The two tokens have different histories and roles: FIDA retains established benefits, while the SNS token was created around the newer .sol community. Assumptions
Bonfida reserved one billion FIDA across seed sales, initial liquidity, the exchange offering, EcoSerum, contributors and ecosystem development. Its initially accessible allocations and the opening of a four-year unlock provide a chartable outline, although the allocation-wide linear curves and original mint amount require stated assumptions. Bonfida also paid FIDA incentives and registration-revenue rewards, but its reports do not date or quantify every payment or future treasury decision. The chart should keep token creation, unlocking and later transfers separate, and should not treat burns as negative releases.
