Toshi (TOSHI) Token Unlock & Vesting Schedule
The chart shows gross modeled releases of every allocation: vesting unlocks, new issuance and reserve distributions, each allocation counted once. These have different meanings; a scheduled release is not evidence that tokens entered circulation or were sold. Review the coverage, sources and assumptions below.
Each color segment in the chart corresponds to a specific allocation group described in the Allocations section below. Underlying assumptions and data models used to reconstruct this schedule are explained in detail under Assumptions, while broader utility insights and token use cases are covered in Tokenomics & Utility.

Supply and community use
TOSHI has a fixed maximum supply of 420,689,999,999 tokens, according to its published crypto-asset white paper. The token’s economic model centers on a set supply and the ways people choose to use and hold it within the community. Its core function is transfer: holders can send TOSHI to one another and use it with Base applications that support the token. (assets-cms.kraken.com)
The project has also connected TOSHI to some of its tools. Its documentation describes token-holding and token-payment options for tools such as a locker, multisender, and token launcher. A locker can hold tokens under set conditions, a multisender helps distribute tokens to several addresses, and a launcher helps create a new token. These are practical uses within the project’s builder ecosystem, separate from the token’s role as a community symbol. (toshi-the-cat.gitbook.io)
Governance is another part of Toshi’s proposed utility. MEOW DAO’s published model gives each TOSHI token one vote in community decisions. The project documents votes on how to use grant funds and on removing an earlier transaction tax. The tax had helped fund project work; the documented community vote changed TOSHI to a zero-tax token. Broader decentralized governance remains an area the project describes as developing. (toshi-the-cat.gitbook.io)
TOSHI’s usefulness depends on context. A transfer uses the token itself; voting depends on a governance process; and a builder tool may have its own terms for using or paying with TOSHI. Keeping those roles distinct makes the economic model easier to understand. (assets-cms.kraken.com)
Assumptions
The current TOSHI contract minted 420.69 billion tokens at its October 2023 launch. Toshi also airdropped tokens to holders during the migration, but its announcements do not quantify that distribution; it is part of the mint, not extra supply. The chart can show the documented mint, while the airdrop remains unquantified. A March 2026 exchange specification reports no future release schedule, but a verified net total supply for September 2026 was not established.
