Swarms (SWARMS) Token Unlock & Vesting Schedule
The chart shows gross modeled releases of every allocation: vesting unlocks, new issuance and reserve distributions, each allocation counted once. These have different meanings; a scheduled release is not evidence that tokens entered circulation or were sold. Review the coverage, sources and assumptions below.
Each color segment in the chart corresponds to a specific allocation group described in the Allocations section below. Underlying assumptions and data models used to reconstruct this schedule are explained in detail under Assumptions, while broader utility insights and token use cases are covered in Tokenomics & Utility.

Supply and use
SWARMS has a fixed maximum supply of one billion tokens. Each unit is transferable on Solana. The token’s mint address is 74SBV4zDXxTRgv1pEMoECskKBkZHc2yGPnc7GYVepump. The mint address is the blockchain identifier that distinguishes SWARMS from other tokens with similar names. (assets-cms.kraken.com)
The clearest platform use for SWARMS is buying Swarms API credits. The platform lists SWARMS alongside cards, SOL, and USDC as a way to top up those credits. Developers then spend credits to run agents through the hosted API. SWARMS is therefore one payment option for an AI service, rather than the only way to use Swarms software. (swarms.world)
Project materials also describe a role for SWARMS in community governance, including participation in decisions about the ecosystem. This connects the token to plans for how the platform is guided. By contrast, tokens that creators launch for individual agents are tied to those particular products. A person learning about Swarms should keep these two levels separate: the project token and the many possible agent tokens. (assets-cms.kraken.com)
Assumptions
Swarms launched on Pump.fun in December 2024 with a documented maximum of one billion tokens; the chart estimates a one-time mint of that amount in the launch month. The team reportedly retained 20 million tokens initially, and a later 100-million-token team allocation is reported but has disputed approval status and no verified payment schedule. The chart shows estimated creation and initial team retention on separate accounting bases, so those amounts must not be added together. Current on-chain supply, cumulative burns and any later team transfers remain unverified.
- Team-retained tokens and reported revised team allocation: Releases depend on future governance or treasury decisions.
Allocations
Parts of this allocation with their own release dates are charted as their own allocations; the chart shows the rest here.
Description
#1389
Swarms is a decentralized multi-agent AI framework built on Solana blockchain. It lets developers create systems where AI agents work together through voting and workflows. The platform includes a marketplace for sharing AI agents and tools, with its own SWARMS token for governance and rewards.
