Supply and issuance
The PUPS•WORLD•PEACE Rune was etched with one billion units. Its on-chain record shows that the full amount was created at the start, a method called a premine, and that further minting is closed. In this setting, “premine” describes when the Rune units were issued; the etching record by itself does not describe every later transfer to holders. The Rune allows 18 decimal places, so a unit can be divided into small fractions. (ordinals.com)
Because new units cannot be minted under this Rune’s recorded terms, its issuance rules are straightforward to describe. The on-chain record can also show units that have been burned, meaning removed from use. What holders use it for
PUPS works as a transferable token and a shared symbol for its community. Holders can keep it in a compatible wallet, send it to another holder, exchange it through supported services, or move it between its supported Bitcoin and Solana versions. The project’s own description places entertainment and community culture at the center of its purpose. Assumptions
All one billion PUPS•WORLD•PEACE Runes were created in an April 20, 2024 premine. The reported allocation is 777 million for legacy PUPS holders and 223 million for Rune Pups holders, with rare and common Rune Pups sharing the latter budget. Holder conversions depend on claims, and the sources do not establish dated claim amounts or when all claims end. The chart can show the full premine on its creation date, but cannot reliably plot the later holder unlocks by month.
