Overview
Quack AI is a platform for managing decisions in decentralized organizations. These organizations, often called DAOs, use proposals and votes to decide what to build, fund, or change. Quack AI brings proposal analysis, voting, delegation, and on-chain execution into a shared workflow. Its token, Q, supports participation and incentives across the platform. (quackai.ai)
The project’s central idea is that making a decision and carrying it out should be connected. An AI agent can help a member understand a proposal or act under rules that member has chosen. A blockchain then records the vote or resulting transaction. This approach aims to make governance easier for communities whose members and applications span several networks. (quackai.ai)

History & Team
From voting tools to an execution platform
Quack AI’s early work focused on a familiar DAO problem: members often face long proposals, scattered information, and many decisions competing for their attention. The team built tools to organize proposals, explain them, and make participation easier. Proposal voting went live in the Quack AI app in April 2025. A May 2025 update added governance modules for BNB Chain, Arbitrum, DuckChain, and Metis, along with ways for projects to choose different voting-power models. (quackai.ai)
Q’s token generation event followed on September 2, 2025. Since then, the platform’s work has expanded beyond voting toward authorization and execution: defining what an agent may do, allowing it to act within those limits, and recording the result. Quack AI’s published white paper names Alethe Labs Limited, registered in the Marshall Islands, as the entity seeking admission of Q to trading. It identifies Feranil Froylan as a director. The project has named Animoca Brands, Kenetic Capital, Skyland Ventures, and other organizations among its early backers. (quackai.ai)
Technology & How It Works
An assisted governance workflow
A governance process begins with a proposal. Quack AI’s tools can present proposals in one place and help analyze their content. Members can review the information, vote themselves, or use delegation. Delegation means assigning voting power to another participant or to an AI agent configured to follow selected preferences. The platform supports token-based votes as well as models based on credentials, AIQ activity, or a project’s own mix of rules. AIQ is the platform’s participation-points system; it is distinct from Q. (quackai.ai)
Once a decision is made, execution becomes the next task. Quack AI describes its Q402 system as an authorization and payment layer for on-chain actions. A payment request specifies details such as the token, amount, recipient, and expiry. The user signs a structured authorization, and the system checks it against the stated limits before settling the transfer on-chain. Q402 uses the EIP-712 and EIP-7702 standards for signing and delegated execution. A facilitator can handle the network transaction cost, so the user does not need to pay gas for that action. (quackai.ai)
This makes the platform’s two technical goals easier to see. Governance tools help a group decide what should happen. Authorization rules define which actions may follow that decision. On-chain records show what was carried out. Q402 also supports payment flows using standard tokens and stablecoins across supported networks, giving developers a way to build applications around the same execution model. (quackai.ai)
Tokenomics & Utility
Supply and distribution
Q has a stated maximum supply of 10 billion tokens. The project allocates 79% to community and ecosystem purposes: 30% for community participation, 15% for ecosystem and partnerships, 12% for an airdrop, 11% for the treasury, 6% for marketing and growth, and 5% for exchange and on-chain availability. The remaining supply is divided between the core team, at 10%, and investors and advisers, at 11%. (quackai.ai)
The team allocation has a 12-month cliff followed by gradual vesting. A cliff is a waiting period before those tokens begin to unlock. Investor and adviser allocations also have lockups and vesting. These schedules spread the release of allocated tokens over time rather than placing every allocation into circulation at launch. (quackai.ai)
Q’s stated uses include voting on platform decisions, rewarding participation, and accessing AI-assisted governance tools. The project also describes access to advanced agent features and premium services as part of its longer-term token model. Q is available on Ethereum and BNB Chain; the project publishes the contract address 0xc07e1300dc138601FA6B0b59f8D0FA477e690589 for both networks. A wallet still needs the correct network selected to show and use the relevant balance. (quackai.ai)
Ecosystem & Use Cases
Communities, builders, and agents
For a DAO member, the most direct use case is understanding a proposal and taking part in a vote. Quack AI’s governance interface displays proposal details, vote counts, and past results. Its AI Passport links participation to an on-chain identity, while AIQ points provide another way to recognize activity. A member who follows many communities can use these tools to keep governance work organized. (quackai.ai)
For a protocol team, Quack AI offers adaptable governance components. One community might give voting weight to its token holders; another might use credentials or combine several measures. Projects shown in the platform’s governance hub have included DuckChain, Metis, TokenPocket, and Mind Network. The multichain design lets a project present governance activity alongside the network where its community operates. (quackai.ai)
Q402 broadens the use cases from decisions to payments and other authorized actions. A treasury, for example, could set limits on an approved payment flow before an agent carries it out. Developers could also use the payment layer for subscriptions or application services. Quack AI has described governance for tokenized real-world assets as another area of development, where decisions about assets and the actions that follow them need clear records. (quackai.ai)
Advantages & Challenges
Quack AI’s modular design gives organizations a choice of tools rather than a single voting format. Its proposal interface can reduce the work of reading and tracking decisions. Delegation offers a way to participate when members cannot review every vote themselves. Connecting those decisions to bounded authorization also helps explain who permitted an action and what limits applied to it. (quackai.ai)
The difficult work is in making those pieces function well together. A useful AI summary must preserve the meaning of a proposal. A delegated agent must follow the member’s chosen rules. A multichain system must keep governance information clear even when votes, tokens, and execution occur on different networks. These are ongoing design challenges for the platform, especially as it adds more ways for organizations to configure votes and automate actions. (quackai.ai)
Where to Buy & Wallets
Trading and storage
Q is available on KuCoin’s spot market in a Q/USDT pair. Quack AI can also be purchased through Binance Alpha where that service is available. Binance’s announcement identifies Alpha as the venue for buying and selling Q; its separate QUSDT futures contract serves a different purpose. Platform access depends on a user’s location. (kucoin.com)
Q can be held in a wallet that supports its Ethereum or BNB Smart Chain token version, including MetaMask. MetaMask supports both networks and allows users to add a token by contract address if it does not appear automatically. KuCoin’s Q deposit instructions specify BNB Smart Chain, so the receiving network matters when moving tokens between an exchange and a personal wallet. The project’s published contract address helps identify Q within the selected network. (support.metamask.io)
Regulatory & Compliance
Quack AI’s published EU crypto-asset white paper describes Q as a utility token and sets out its intended governance and platform functions. It names Alethe Labs Limited as the responsible entity. Under the EU’s Markets in Crypto-Assets framework, a published white paper provides disclosures; the relevant authorities do not approve the token through that publication. Trading venues and services may also apply identity checks and other requirements to their users. (quackai.ai)
In the United States, the legal treatment of a crypto asset depends on its features and the circumstances in which it is offered or sold. The SEC’s guidance distinguishes an asset’s practical function from the terms of a transaction involving it. A published qualitative Shariah screening labels Q halal based on its stated utility. Optional activities such as staking and particular trading arrangements have their own terms, which may be considered separately under Islamic finance principles. (sec.gov)
Future Outlook
Quack AI’s published plans focus on making governance analysis more explainable, improving delegation, and giving organizations better ways to explore the effects of a proposal before voting. Its roadmap also describes custom dashboards, broader multichain coordination, and tools that connect related proposals. These are development goals rather than descriptions of every feature already in use. (quackai.ai)
The project’s direction also places more emphasis on the step after a vote. Q402 provides a foundation for payments made within defined permissions, while the broader platform aims to link decisions, agents, and execution. If that model develops further, Q’s role will be tied to how communities use the governance system—not only to holding a token, but to participating in decisions and the tools built around them. (quackai.ai)
Summary
Quack AI brings proposal tools, flexible voting, delegation, and authorized on-chain action into one governance-focused platform. Q supplies its token-based means of participation and incentives, while products such as AI Passport and Q402 serve different parts of the workflow. Its place in the crypto ecosystem is as an effort to help decentralized groups move from discussing decisions to recording and carrying them out across supported networks. (quackai.ai)
