Ket (KET)

Ket (KET) Token Unlock & Vesting Schedule
The chart shows gross modeled releases of every allocation: vesting unlocks, new issuance and reserve distributions, each allocation counted once. These have different meanings; a scheduled release is not evidence that tokens entered circulation or were sold. Review the coverage, sources and assumptions below.
Each color segment in the chart corresponds to a specific allocation group described in the Allocations section below. Underlying assumptions and data models used to reconstruct this schedule are explained in detail under Assumptions, while broader utility insights and token use cases are covered in Tokenomics & Utility.
Tokenomics & Utility
Supply and original allocation
KET has a fixed total supply of one billion tokens, set when it was created. A Canadian exchange’s published project statement describes the original allocation as 65% for presale distribution, 25% for an exchange liquidity pool, and 10% for a development fund. It says half of that development allocation was subject to a six-month cliff followed by three years of gradual vesting; the other half was available at the token-generation event for operations. These figures explain the initial distribution design, rather than giving a running account of every wallet’s holdings. (ketfromwyoming.com)
Ket’s utility starts with transfer and community use. The project calls KET a governance token for Yellow Cat DAO and describes token ownership as a way to take part in its community. Its white paper also describes activities such as meetings, sponsorships, and an online NFT game. An NFT, or non-fungible token, is a distinct digital item rather than one interchangeable unit of a currency. (ketfromwyoming.com)
The distinction between the token and the broader project matters here. KET can move between wallets through its smart contract; events, games, and community decisions are activities organized around it. Together, those features form the project’s economic and social model. (ketfromwyoming.com)
Assumptions
All one billion KET were minted on January 15, 2025, so the dated creation curve reaches the explorer-reported total supply. A separate allocation statement assigns 65% to the presale, 25% to liquidity and 10% to development; it describes an immediate development unlock and a three-year vesting period after a six-month cliff. The chart can show the mint and an estimated development unlock schedule, but presale and liquidity release dates remain unverified. The project also reports approximately 50 million tokens in past DAO treasury spending without payment dates or a clear link to those allocation budgets.
- Presale: The sources give the amount but no release dates.
- Liquidity Pool: The sources give the amount but no release dates.
- DAO Treasury Sponsorship and Service-Provider Spending: The sources give the amount but no release dates.
