Falcon Finance (FF) Token Unlock & Vesting Schedule
The chart shows gross modeled releases of every allocation: vesting unlocks, new issuance and reserve distributions, each allocation counted once. These have different meanings; a scheduled release is not evidence that tokens entered circulation or were sold. Review the coverage, sources and assumptions below.
Each color segment in the chart corresponds to a specific allocation group described in the Allocations section below. Underlying assumptions and data models used to reconstruct this schedule are explained in detail under Assumptions, while broader utility insights and token use cases are covered in Tokenomics & Utility.
Tokenomics & Utility
FF has a fixed total and maximum supply of 10 billion tokens. At its September 2025 launch, 2.34 billion FF, or 23.4% of that supply, was designated as circulating. Those launch figures explain the original distribution; they do not describe how many tokens circulate at a later date. (falcon.finance)
The published allocation divides the supply as follows: 35% for ecosystem development, 24% for the foundation, 20% for the core team and early contributors, 8.3% for community airdrops and a launchpad sale, 8.2% for marketing, and 4.5% for investors. The team and investor allocations each have a one-year cliff followed by three years of vesting. Vesting spreads the release of those tokens over time. (docs.falcon.finance)
FF’s main purpose is to link holders to the platform’s decisions and benefits. Falcon describes governance participation in matters such as upgrades and incentive budgets. It also describes favorable terms for eligible FF holders or stakers, including minting and swap benefits, staking boosts, and access to selected products. One approved governance proposal, FIP-1, introduced a flexible FF staking path and a 180-day Prime staking path. Prime stakers receive greater voting weight under that structure. (falcon.finance)
Assumptions
Falcon Finance minted its full 10 billion FF at launch on 29 September 2025, and everything since is an unlock of those tokens. About 2.34 billion FF were liquid at launch (marketing, part of the ecosystem and foundation pools, and the first part of the community airdrop), the rest of the airdrop vested through spring 2026, and the ecosystem pool has been releasing 75 million FF a month since March 2026. Team (2 billion), investors (450 million) and the rest of the foundation pool began monthly releases after the one-year lock ended on 29 September 2026 and run to about August 2029. The chart shows these dated releases, which add up to the full 10 billion and match the roughly 3.34 billion in circulation today; the exact months and amounts for everything except the team and investor terms come from data trackers rather than official documents, so they are estimates. Still open: how much of the airdrop went unclaimed and was forfeited or burned, and the FF amount of the USD 25 million in vested FF incentives from the 2026 Ecosystem Fund.
