Delysium (AGI) Token Unlock & Vesting Schedule
The chart shows gross modeled releases of every allocation: vesting unlocks, new issuance and reserve distributions, each allocation counted once. These have different meanings; a scheduled release is not evidence that tokens entered circulation or were sold. Review the coverage, sources and assumptions below.
Each color segment in the chart corresponds to a specific allocation group described in the Allocations section below. Underlying assumptions and data models used to reconstruct this schedule are explained in detail under Assumptions, while broader utility insights and token use cases are covered in Tokenomics & Utility.
Tokenomics & Utility
Supply and distribution
AGI has a stated maximum supply of 3 billion tokens. Its original distribution plan assigned 57% to the treasury, 20% to the team, 10% to a private sale, 10% to a strategic sale, 2% to market-making, and 1% to an airdrop. Several groups had scheduled releases rather than receiving their full allocations at once. Delysium’s later materials also describe changes to release plans, including renewed lockups for some investor and team allocations. (delysium.gitbook.io)
The token is designed as an incentive and access tool for the ecosystem. Delysium has described AGI uses that include staking, participation in community decisions, and access to agent services. Its whitepaper also sets out proposed uses for agent registration, network maintenance, and payments between agents. Those planned functions matter to the economic model: the wider the range of useful services connected to AGI, the more roles the token can serve beyond transfer between wallets. Community decision-making is another part of the design. In 2025, Delysium published a governance framework preview that linked voting weight to AGI and described how token holders could take part in proposals. Staking and governance give holders ways to engage with the project, while service access would connect the token more directly to activity by developers, users, and agents. (delysium.com)
Assumptions
Delysium describes a fixed 3-billion-AGI supply divided among treasury, team, two investor sales, market-making and an airdrop. Its documented reward programs distribute tokens from that existing supply, but investor and team re-locks and incomplete payment records leave substantial release timing unresolved. The chart can show the estimated launch-month creation and the reported launch unlocks; it should label those dates and amounts as estimates and keep undated budgets separate. It must not add treasury-funded rewards or the disputed Alameda agreement to the original supply.
- Treasury: Only secondary sources describe the timing, so it is not confirmed.
- Team: The original schedule was changed and the new timing is not yet published.
- Private Sale: The original schedule was changed and the new timing is not yet published.
- Strategic Sale: The original schedule was changed and the new timing is not yet published.
- AGI single-token staking rewards: New issuance depends on network activity, such as staking, so it cannot be dated in advance.
- DMA holder and referral AGI rewards: The sources give the amount but no release dates.
- DMA holder and referral AGI rewards: Emission continues with no published future rate or end date.
- AGI–USDT liquidity-pool staking rewards: New issuance depends on network activity, such as staking, so it cannot be dated in advance.
- Alameda/FTX disputed token agreement: The original schedule was changed and the new timing is not yet published.
