ChainGPT (CGPT) Token Unlock & Vesting Schedule
The chart shows gross modeled releases of every allocation: vesting unlocks, new issuance and reserve distributions, each allocation counted once. These have different meanings; a scheduled release is not evidence that tokens entered circulation or were sold. Review the coverage, sources and assumptions below.
Each color segment in the chart corresponds to a specific allocation group described in the Allocations section below. Underlying assumptions and data models used to reconstruct this schedule are explained in detail under Assumptions, while broader utility insights and token use cases are covered in Tokenomics & Utility.
Tokenomics & Utility
Supply, payments, and staking
CGPT has a stated total supply of one billion tokens. Its original distribution set aside portions for public and private sales, liquidity, the team, development, marketing, a reserve, and a decentralized autonomous organization, or DAO. The project’s distribution plan assigns 20% to liquidity, 9% to the team, and 9% to the DAO, with release schedules for several allocations. A release schedule spreads access to an allocation over time. (docs.chaingpt.org)
One role of CGPT is access to paid AI services. ChainGPT describes a credit system in which users can convert tokens into credits used for eligible tool requests. Its membership information also describes ways to obtain credits using other payment methods. In practice, the platform combines limited free use, pay-per-use access, and staking-based benefits rather than placing every user on the same plan. (docs.chaingpt.org)
Staking means placing CGPT in a designated pool for a chosen period. On ChainGPT Pad, a stake earns points that help determine a user’s membership tier. Those tiers can affect access to certain launchpad sales, possible sale allocations, and other campaign benefits. Staking points also connect token use to governance: eligible participants can vote on DAO proposals. (docs.chaingpt.org)
ChainGPT has also described token burns as part of its economic model. A burn sends tokens to an address from which they cannot be spent, removing them from usable supply. The project’s published mechanism ties burns or token buybacks to activities including AI-tool fees and some launchpad and business-service revenue. The amounts depend on the activity and the rules attached to it. (chaingpt.org)
Assumptions
ChainGPT documents a one-billion-CGPT allocation across sales, liquidity, the team, operations, the DAO and farming, with most allocations subject to TGE unlocks or time-based vesting. The chart can show those dated unlocks, but many day-level endpoints and installment amounts are estimates based on the official durations. Farm releases after its ownership moved to the DAO, staking-reward payments, DAO spending and the named campaign payments remain unresolved. The original supply is shown separately from unlocks so that existing tokens are not counted as newly created a second time.
- Private B — 4.5% of maximum supply: The sources give the amount but no release dates.
- Farm and staking allocation — 5% of maximum supply: The original schedule was changed and the new timing is not yet published.
- DAO fund spending: Releases depend on future governance or treasury decisions.
- Staking rewards paid from the Farm/Staking allocation: New issuance depends on network activity, such as staking, so it cannot be dated in advance.
- BSCNews NFT-staker CGPT campaign: Releases depend on recipients claiming tokens or on grants being awarded.
- KuCoin CGPT trading-campaign prizes: Releases depend on recipients claiming tokens or on grants being awarded.
