FactorDAO (FCTR) Token Unlock & Vesting Schedule
The chart shows gross modeled releases of every allocation: vesting unlocks, new issuance and reserve distributions, each allocation counted once. These have different meanings; a scheduled release is not evidence that tokens entered circulation or were sold. Review the coverage, sources and assumptions below.
Each color segment in the chart corresponds to a specific allocation group described in the Allocations section below. Underlying assumptions and data models used to reconstruct this schedule are explained in detail under Assumptions, while broader utility insights and token use cases are covered in Tokenomics & Utility.
Assumptions
Factor documents a fixed 100 million FCTR supply divided among a fair launch, protocol-owned liquidity, ecosystem incentives, community bootstrapping, the team and a treasury reserve. The launch and liquidity allocations were unlocked at the start; Factor publishes vesting terms for the other four budgets, extending to February 2027 for the treasury. Actual Scale and Boost rewards, escrow conversions, treasury spending and revenue-sharing transfers remain unquantified or undated. The chart can show the documented unlock budgets using labeled timing estimates, while keeping those later transfers separate from newly created supply.
- Factor Scale gauge rewards: New issuance depends on network activity, such as staking, so it cannot be dated in advance.
- Factor Scale esFCTR reward conversion: Releases depend on recipients claiming tokens or on grants being awarded.
- Factor-funded FCTR Boost incentives: Releases depend on future governance or treasury decisions.
- FactorDAO treasury spending: Releases depend on future governance or treasury decisions.
- FCTR buyback and veFCTR-holder revenue share: New issuance depends on network activity, such as staking, so it cannot be dated in advance.
